At Bally Global, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every fashion piece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your shipment back to our warehouse.
